MAGAGING
Managing a house for renting can be quite a hazard. Especially when it is in a foreign country. That is why we would love to help you, so that you can sit back and relax in your new home. We will take care of all the marketing, check-ins, contact with renters and so much more. We will also make sure your house stays clean and safe! We have lots of experience with renting houses so we have the right connections and also the right expertise with AirBNB.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography and film are our expertise. KloosUP started as a photography business but has grown into so much more. We have the right knowledge and equipment to photograph your home. This can be for personal use or perfect pictures to use for renting! This way you can show your home to everyone and show them how beautiful it is!

Of course you can choose one of these three services and we would be happy to help you. For example when the house is already decorated! But many choose to combine them. If you want a fresh new start with your new house we would love to design it, photograph it and manage everything for you so you can relax and enjoy it!

We have been renting houses for more than five years and it has gone great. We have created a big name for our self and we want to expand. That is why we are super host on AirBNB. This means that we our on all the top list of AirBNB and renter see our houses first! All our houses are 5 star rated and have great reviews.
This mean that if you are new on AirBNB it can be quite difficult to get clients. We hav already done the start and want to include your house in our business so that you can get renters already in yours first weeks!

Nancy Kloos started this company almost 6 years ago. It started with her own house in Amsterdam. “I started renting my house on AirBNB, because a friend told me about. First I was a bit skeptical, but then I realized it was so much fun.” Nancy expanded her business with her husband to Albufeira, Portugal, with a new apartment and villa. “I did not know anything about this country. The language, the people. I had been there, maybe ones.” Today, Nancy has a great network that even expanded to different countries besides the Netherland and Portgal. “Now I manage more than 8 houses all over the world!”
